1. General Warning

Both of our products deal with areas that carry real risk — recovering access to cryptocurrency, and automated financial trading. Neither product eliminates that risk, and neither guarantees a specific result. Please read this page fully before purchasing either product.

2. Wallet Retreiver — How It Actually Works

In practical terms, this means:

• The number of possible private keys on each supported chain is astronomically large. The realistic probability of this process ever generating the exact key to one specific wallet — including your own lost wallet — is effectively zero, even running continuously for a very long time.
• If the software does find a private key matching a funded address, that address is overwhelmingly likely to belong to someone else, not to you. You are only authorized to access wallets that you personally own or are legally entitled to access — see our Terms of Service, Section 5. Funds found in any wallet you cannot prove ownership or legal authorization over are not yours to claim.
• Purchasing Wallet Retreiver does not mean, and should not be understood to mean, that we are recovering — or are likely to recover — a specific wallet you have lost access to. We do not and cannot promise that outcome, no matter how long the software runs.

We sell Wallet Retreiver as a scanning utility. If your goal is recovering one specific wallet where you remember part of a seed phrase, password, or have another concrete lead, that is a fundamentally different (and typically more tractable) problem than what this software does, and you should not expect this tool to solve it.

3. Argus & Automated Trading Risk

Argus places real trades on your connected MT5 brokerage account using real capital. Automated trading, like all trading, carries a genuine risk of financial loss. Specifically:

• You can lose money, including some or all of the capital allocated to Argus. No configuration, preset, or risk profile eliminates this risk.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Backtests, historical statistics, or prior trading performance shown anywhere on our website or in the app do not guarantee similar results going forward.
• Markets are volatile and unpredictable. Gold (XAUUSD) and forex pairs can move sharply on news, liquidity gaps, or broker-specific execution conditions that no algorithm can fully anticipate.
• Technical and connectivity risk. Internet outages, platform downtime, VPS/server issues, or MT5 terminal disconnects can prevent Argus from managing open positions as intended.
• Broker execution risk. Slippage, requotes, spread widening, and order execution differences between brokers can all affect real-world results versus expected outcomes.
• You are responsible for your own risk settings. Position sizing, stop-loss, and drawdown limits are configurable by you — using aggressive settings increases your risk of loss.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Do not fund your trading account with money needed for essential expenses.

By purchasing or using either Product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you understand the realistic limitations described in Section 2 and the trading risks described in Section 3, and that you are proceeding with that understanding.
