• Purchase information, such as your email address and a payment reference from our payment processor, so we can issue and support your license. • License & activation data, such as a license key and a device identifier (hardware ID), used to activate and bind your license to your device and prevent unauthorized sharing.
• Basic website usage data (such as pages visited, general location by country, device/browser type, and how you found our site), collected via Google Analytics. This data is aggregated and is not used by us to identify you individually. Google's own privacy practices for this data are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use It

We use the information above to:

• Deliver, activate, and support the Product(s) you purchased;
• Respond to your support requests and questions;
• Send you important account or product-related notices (such as license or update information) — we do not send marketing email without your consent;

4. Wallet Retreiver & Your Wallet Data

Wallet Retreiver runs locally on your own device. Any wallet data, seed information, keys, or scan results it processes are handled on your device and are not transmitted to our servers, except where a license-activation check is required to run the software. We do not collect, store, or have access to your wallet contents, private keys, or scan results.

5. Argus & Your Trading Data

Argus runs locally on your own device and connects directly to your own MetaTrader 5 (MT5) brokerage account using credentials you provide directly to your MT5 terminal. We do not receive, transmit, or store your broker login credentials, account balance, or trade history on our servers — that connection happens entirely between your device and your broker.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our payment processor and website/email hosting providers, solely to the extent necessary to provide their service to us;
• Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users or the public;
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets — you would be notified of any such change.

7. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site in aggregate (e.g., which pages are popular, how people navigate the site). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's cookie/tracking-blocking settings.

We retain purchase and license information for as long as needed to support your license, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to address your inquiry.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it.
